Kid-Friendly Beef Quesadillas Recipe
1lb ground beef
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp cumin
1tsp chili powder
1tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
4flour 4-6 tortillas (8-inch)
2cups shredded fiesta blend cheese
Optional: sour cream, salsa, guacamole for dipping

Brown the Beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is fully browned and no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
