  • Salmon
  • 1 lbs • ½ salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp • ½ garlic powder
  • 1 tsp • smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp • chili powder
  • 1 tsp • lemon pepper
  • 2 pinches • salt
  • 1 tbsp • butter (optional)
  • Avocado Mash
  • 2 ripe • avocados
  • 1 of • Zest lime
  • • Juice of ½ lime
  • 3 tbsp • toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp • fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp • chili powder
  • 2 pinches • salt
  • Pickled Onions
  • 1 large • red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp • 1–2 sumac
  • 1 of • Juice lemon
  • 2 pinches • 2–3 salt
  • For Topping
  • • Crumbled feta
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

    Season salmon with spices and salt. Add butter if using.

    Bake 16–17 minutes until flaky.

    Mash avocado with lime zest, juice, walnuts, dill, chili powder, and salt.

    Toss onions with sumac, lemon juice, and salt; let sit 10–15 minutes.
